Storage and Transport Information
For optimal preservation, store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Ensure the packaging is tightly sealed, and always keep it away from heat, flames, and any potential ignition sources. It is crucial to avoid contact with reducing agents, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds to maintain the product's integrity.
For best results, a storage temperature of below 38ºC is advisable to preserve the quality and effectiveness of the product.
Packaging and Container Loading Information
Packaging consists of a transparent PE bag for the inner layer, complemented by a sturdy carton box for the outer protection, ensuring safe transport and storage.
Each carton contains 2 bags of 10 kg, making handling and logistics convenient and straightforward.
Carton Dimensions: Length 54 cm × Width 36 cm × Height 25.5 cm. The total weight is a manageable 1.5 kg per carton, facilitating easy movement and stacking.
Plastic Pallet Details: Length 110 cm × Width 110 cm × Height 15 cm, weighing 15 kg, designed to support efficient and secure palletizing.
Palletizing Specification: Each pallet holds 48 cartons, with dimensions of Length 111.5 cm × Width 111.5 cm × Height 225.5 cm, covering a total volume of 2.8 cubic meters, optimizing space utilization.
Container Loading Capacity: A 20-foot container can carry a substantial load of 9.6 tonnes, which is approximately 480 cartons or 10 pallets, occupying 28 cubic meters. Meanwhile, a 40-foot container doubles the capacity to 19.2 tonnes, providing versatility for larger shipments.
